About Edlund Design

Nick Edlund, owner and principal designer of Edlund Design, is a Boston-based graphic artist, illustrator and educator specializing in creative, high-quality design and imagery for print and digital media.

As both an in-house and freelance designer, Nick has over two decades of experience creating and coordinating advertising and collaterals for many clients, including several high-profile collegiate superstores in a Fortune 400 bookstore chain.

Nick coordinates and executes all stages of visual communication, from conceptualization and design to final file prep and printer management. 

He creates eye-catching imagery and writes snappy copy as well.

And since 2008, Nick has been a visiting lecturer at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where he teaches "Word & Image, a typography, design and Adobe CC software class to illustration majors, as well as Technical Illustration, a linear perspective drawing studio.  

Nick holds BFAs in Illustration and English Literature, but sometimes wishes he’d studied carpentry, plumbing and wiring (he lives in an antique house with his wife, daughter, and son).
